NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
INSTALLATION OF CUSTOMER
SUPPLIED PARTS & ACCESSORIES
EFFECTIVE 15 JULY 2006
We are honored to service and maintain your motorcycle and at times we understand that you may decide to purchase your parts and/or accessories from somewhere other than from a 4DStar Motorsports dealership.
In these instances where you have purchased your parts and/or accessories from another source the following policy regarding their installation by our service department will be in effect:
Labor Rate: Effective labor rate + 25%
Warranty: No warranty. Product warranty, liability, reimbursement or replacement for the defective part(s) and/or accessories are exclusively by the manufacture and all claims and/or expenses for same shall be the responsibility of the motorcycle owner.
Also, in the instances where the parts and/or accessories are found to be defective; you will be responsible for the costs associated with the removal and/or replacement of the defective parts and/or accessories at the same labor rate and time charged to install them.
Test Ride Procedures
Required items for test ride: - Copy of your valid drivers license with "M" endorsement.
- Copy of your valid insurance card with motorcycle coverage.
- Signed waiver provided by the dealership.
- We will hold your credit card for incidental damages* and will inspect for damage.
- A brief explanation of your riding experience to our staff
- Proper gear, including helmet, gloves, footwear.
- Pre-planned route and mileage restrictions.
*We only accept Master Card, Visa, and AMEX
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.
We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.
Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.
Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

Returns and Exchanges
NO RETURNS on electrical or electronic components, accessories, or special order items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
NO RETURNS on helmets - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
NO RETURNS on motorcycles - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
NO CASH refunds - in store credit to BMWMCNH gift card only.
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied TO ALL merchandise returned for credit.
You MUST have the original sales receipt and the merchandise must be returned to the store within 72 hours of receipt. Items must be in the original undamaged packaging with all instructions, merchandising, literature, and tags intact & attached. Apparel (clothing or footwear) must not have been worn for use, soiled, altered or laundered.
"We do not guarantee the fit of any garment, shoe or boot. The only way to ensure a proper fit is to go to the retailer & try on the product to confirm the fit and proper size. Size charts are an approximation ONLY an DO NOT guarantee a proper fit"

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.

Payment Methods
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.

Backordered Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

Secured Online Shopping
We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign, Inc., provides our Secure Server Certificate through PowerSports Network, Inc.

Past Due Accounts
A service charge of 1-1/2% per month (A.P.R. 18%) will be made on all accounts 30 days past due. Title to the property herein described, and any additions or substitutions shall remain in the sellers name until paid in full and the purchaser agrees to pay all expenses, charges and costs, and a reasonable attorney's fee in the event that it becomes necessary for the seller to place the account for collection. Any limitation contained herein does not apply where prohibited by law. Net, 10 days to the end of the month.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacture. The seller, 4DSTAR MOTORSPORTS hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability
of fitness for a particular purpose, and 4DSTAR MOTORSPORTS neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale.
